Anybody Out There?

I have decided to turn this into just a photography blog and forget the challenge for now until I can gain better experience with the "third eye". That way, it'll give me a little more freedom with how I work. I'm still not sure what kind of photographer I want to be so this is going to be a journey.

D6: I Was There

I'm getting a little sluggish with this project... That's not good.

D5: Open

I've been so busy cooking and cleaning for tonight that I didn't have as much time as I would normally give myself for a photoshoot. One of these days, I want to try my hand and photographing people including myself. I think it would be great practice with self-portraits but it also might help me get over being so self-conscience.

D4?: On the Surface

I have no idea what day it is since I started this thing. All I know is that I've been absent for two reasons. One: I ended up getting severely sick and was unable to do much. Two: I had been unmotivated. Sometimes I get unmotivated to do much of anything and it prevents me from setting my mind to things. But I'm back and I hope to continue on this photo journey.

Today, we have an overcast because of a cold front moving our way. I am no experienced photographer nor do I really claim to be a photographer. I am merely working with a simple Nikon S51 Coolpix camera since I cannot afford a professional model at this time. I am still trying to find my niche in this world. Working with minimal light is really difficult, especially on days like these. The batch turned out mediocre at best but I think that these two serve their purpose.

I had a hard time choosing out of the set which ones to use today. I ended up narrowing it down to three and could no longer go from there.

D1: Warm Winters

A daily photographic challenge.
